Students will learn from the life and career journeys of sneaker industry professionals, from designing their own education and career roadmaps that lead to their dream jobs.
Digital Literacy & STEAM Exploration
Students will learn professional skills, including 3D and AI design, sustainable fashion engineering, business planning, and more! Industry vocabulary lessons and quizzes will be included.
Design Thinking for Real-World problem Solving
Students will develop a design mindset that empowers them to approach complex social, environmental, and industry challenges with creativity, empathy, and critical thinking—transforming ideas into practical solutions.
Project Management & Presentation Skills
Teams will apply the lessons learned to their Capstone Projects, designing AI fashion collections, sustainable manufacturing strategies, pricing models, and marketing plans.

Founded by CEO Erica Molett, Beyond the Ball was inspired by her own two sons, and a simple question: How do we leverage the power of sports to prepare youth to reach their fullest intellectual potential?
